DB E.C.O. Group at Movilia, Colombia
Movilia, Colombia’s transportation congress, brings together international industry experts from March 12 to 14, 2025 – and we are excited to be part of it. As the first mobility congress of the Medellín metro, organized in cooperation with the Pontifical Bolivarian University, the event offers a unique platform to highlight pioneering developments, innovative operating technologies and forward-looking projects of various transport systems.
A special feature will be the panel discussion with Carsten Puls, Executive Director LATAM at DB Engineering & Consulting, on the topic “Rail transport capacities for passenger, freight and mixed traffic in Colombia”. Particular attention will be paid to multimodal integration and the question of how the railroads can contribute to Colombia’s competitiveness. At the same time, innovative projects will be presented that have the potential to fundamentally change mobility in the country and establish rail as a driving force for national development.
