For successful collaboration
With every passing day, we are confronted with challenges to meet and important decisions to make. At DB E.C.O. Group, it is second nature for us to comply with relevant laws and regulations as we go about our business, and this attitude is a basic requirement for our long-term success.
Acting with integrity is the key to sustainable success
At the DB Group, compliance means observing all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines. As part of risk management, compliance activities focus on preventing corruption and conventional white-collar crime.
The DB Code of Conduct on ethical business practices is a binding document that sets the standard for the actions we take in our day-to-day work. We expect not only our own employees and managers to comply with rules and act with integrity, but also our business partners. We have a special code of conduct that applies to business partners.

Indications of suspected white-collar crime
If you suspect a potential white-collar crime, please inform us. Information will be treated as strictly confidential. Upon request, information can also be provided anonymously. All reporting channels as well as further information on whistleblowing management can be found here.
Sustainable supply chains for more social responsibility
At DB E.C.O. Group we accept responsibility for our actions in Germany and in every other country where we do business. Therefore, we also expect our suppliers to treat people and the environment with respect, thus creating the foundation for a reliable partnership.
With the introduction of the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains (LkSG), the legislature has created the framework for responsible and sustainable value creation along the entire supply chain. We at DB E.C.O. Group comply with the requirements of the LkSG.
To ensure compliance with the LkSG in our own business operations and in the supply chain, we have established a complaints procedure. Complaints and whistleblower reports on human rights and environmental risks as well as violations of human rights or environmental obligations can be submitted there.
The complaints procedure can be accessed here. Further information can there also be found in the rules of procedure.
